Ann was born Hill of Hatton, Auchterless parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland about 1865.⁽³⁵³⁾ Ann was the daughter of Alexander BARCLAY and Mary GEDDES. Ann died 16 May 1904 Auchterless parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, at 38 years of age. Her body was interred after 16 May 1904 Auchterless parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.⁽³⁵⁴⁾ Stone in Auchterless Kirkyard:

" In loving memory of Annie Barclay beloved wife of Andrew Peter, Nether Lenshie died16th. May 1904 aged 42 years and their Infant son Andrew died 18th. July 1901 aged 3 months also the above Andrew Peter who died 24th.July 1928 aged 64 years also the ashes of their daughter Mary Ann beloved wife of Norman Greig died 4th.Dec.1967 aged 70 years" Until the day break and the shadows flee away

Note "Peter", a surname, the last word is at the bottom of the stone indicating the "Peter" grave. This Annie Barclay is the daughter of either Alexander Barclay/Mary Geddes or his brother William Barclay/Jane Marno. Both parents had a daughter Ann born 1864.

5 iv. Mary A. PETER (#1691) was born Nether Lenshie Cottage, Auchterless parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland about 1898. Mary died 4 December 1964 Nether Lenshie Cottage, Auchterless parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, at 66 years of age.

6 v. Margaret PETER (#1692) was born Nether Lenshie Cottage, Auchterless parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland about 1899.

7 vi. Isabella PETER (#1693) was born Nether Lenshie Cottage, Auchterless parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland about 1900.

8 vii. Andrew PETER (#1694) was born Nether Lenshie Cottage, Auchterless parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland about 1901. Andrew died 18 July 1901 Nether Lenshie Cottage, Auchterless parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, at less than one year of age.
