He married Jean STEWART Alvah parish, Banffshire, Scotland, 29 January 1820.⁽¹³⁴⁾ (Jean STEWART is #309.) Jean was the daughter of George STEWART and Mary MURRAY. Jean died 12 November 1885 in Malcolmsford, Alvah parish, Banffshire, Scotland.
