Margaret was born Aberchirder, Marnoch parish, Banffshire, Scotland before 5 March 1836. Margaret was the daughter of John CHALMERS and Jane TOCHER. Margaret died not known.

John MCPHERSON and Margaret CHALMERS had the following children:

2 i. Jane Tocher² MCPHERSON (#1448) was born Aberchirder, Marnoch parish, Banffshire, Scotland 2 July 1866.

4 iii. Samuel MCPHERSON (#1352) was born Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland 1 July 1870.

5 iv. Margaret Still MCPHERSON (#1353) was born Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland 23 June 1872. Margaret died 24 March 1944 in Glasgow, Scotland, at 71 years of age. She married twice. She married Henry TAYLOR in Glasgow, Scotland, about 1893. (Henry TAYLOR is #1443.) She married Michael MCLEAN in Glasgow, Scotland, 12 October 1907. (Michael MCLEAN is #1444.)
