He made a will Cork, Cork county, Ireland, 7 January 1921.⁽²⁹²⁾ Cornelius Mullanny(Mullaney) , a carpenter, moved to Cork City from his native Cloyne in the mid 1800s. It is told that one of his first carpentry works in Cork was a bar counter at Lower Glanmire Road. He later became a large builder, in the Dillon's Cross area of Cork where he built many houses. He became an Alderman for the North East Ward of Cork City and served the city well until his death in 1922.

28 iii. Joseph MULLANNY (#642) was born 136 Lower Glanmire Road, St Patrick's parish, Cork county, Ireland about 1876. Joseph died 30 June 1877 136 Lower Glanmire Road, St Patrick's parish, Cork county, Ireland, at less than one year of age.
